Due to the perishable nature of our premium Japanese green teas, we cannot accept returns on food items once they have been shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Upon arrival, please check your package for any signs of damage or incorrect items before opening the vacuum-sealed tea packaging.

If there is an issue with your order, email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product or shipping box.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a return for non-tea items or a refund for damaged goods is eligible.
Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement tea selection at no additional cost to you.
